Villa Alegria is located in the south of Tenerife in a residential area. It is a house which is warm in winter and cool in the summer due to its position regarding the sun. It's even mosquito free! Typically spanish, the house is surrounded entirely by a beautiful private garden with a terraced area ideal for ping-pong and barbeques.

In front of the house there is a 8x4m private swimming pool from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of Gomera. Even if it is located in an urban centre, its position in the middle of a private estate of 700 m assures great privacy.

You can easily spend entire days at the pool, playing ping-pong or simply lying in the sun without wishing you had gone out.
